No shows will be charged 100% of their treatments booked depending. If there was emergency, it will be assessed and money can be given back
Any appointment canceled 2 hour before the appointment time, it is considered as last minute cancelation. You will be charged $15 per 15 minute, $30 for 30 minute appointment and so on. You can exchange your appointment with someone else with similar time limit and same time.
Reducing treatment at last minute will be considered last minute cancelation and charges will be applied
Being late for appointment can be accommodated depending on the available time. And if not available, it will be considered as No show. Always text if running late to find out availability.
With any medical emergency all of above can be waved after assessing situation.
